AstroRiddle Terms & Conditions

AstroRiddle is a technology platform that enables users to discover astrology and spiritual content, discover astrologers and priests, and book consultation sessions.

AstroRiddle provides the technology and platform infrastructure for these interactions.

AstroRiddle is currently operating as a Beta service.

During Beta:

• Features may change
• Some features may be unavailable
• New features may be introduced
• Existing functionality may be modified
• Beta services may be suspended or discontinued

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining account security
• Keeping login credentials confidential
• Using the platform lawfully
• Not impersonating another person

Astrologers and priests are responsible for ensuring that information submitted to AstroRiddle is accurate.

This includes information relating to:

• Identity
• Experience
• Expertise
• Services
• Profile information
• Consultation availability
• Consultation fees

Astrologers and priests must not submit fraudulent information, impersonate another person or misuse seeker information.

Astrologers and priests may have the option to connect their Instagram account.

Use of this feature is subject to:

• Meta’s applicable terms
• Instagram’s applicable policies
• Available Meta APIs
• Required permissions
• AstroRiddle’s platform requirements

AstroRiddle does not own Instagram or Instagram content.

AstroRiddle enables seekers to book consultation sessions with participating astrologers and priests.

The exact consultation format, duration, availability and fee may depend on the practitioner and applicable platform functionality.

AstroRiddle’s consultation model is designed around booked sessions rather than per minute charging.

Consultation fees may be set by individual practitioners.

AstroRiddle does not take a platform commission from the practitioner’s consultation fee under the applicable Beta model.

Payment processing charges, taxes or other applicable third party charges may apply separately where relevant.

Users, astrologers and priests may publish text, photographs, videos and other content.

By submitting content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to publish that content.

Users must not upload content that:

• Violates applicable law
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains malicious software
• Is fraudulent or deceptive
• Harasses or threatens another person
• Violates another person’s privacy

Astrology, spiritual guidance, religious services and consultations available through AstroRiddle are intended for personal, cultural, spiritual and entertainment purposes.

They should not be treated as professional medical, legal, financial, psychological or other expert advice.

AstroRiddle does not guarantee any particular outcome from a consultation.

Users must not:

• Attempt unauthorised access
• Interfere with the platform
• Reverse engineer the service
• Scrape or misuse platform data
• Upload malicious software
• Conduct fraudulent activities
• Abuse communication features
• Misuse another user’s information
• Violate applicable laws

The AstroRiddle name, logo, branding, software, design, interface and platform materials are owned by or licensed to JOVODESK TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, unless otherwise stated.

Users retain ownership of content they create, subject to the rights necessary for AstroRiddle to provide its services.

AstroRiddle may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where there is a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, security risk, misuse of the platform or violation of applicable law.

AstroRiddle may add, modify, suspend or remove features as the platform develops.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
